Senior Software Engineer

CPaaS Product development on Symfony/Springboot frameworks served on top of MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS, Docker, Elastic, and more.

My responsibilities were

• Development of Unifonic Cloud Console
• Testing the product in pre-production and integration environments
• Documentation on Confluence for all stakeholders
• Maintaining the product using tools like Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, etc.
• Provide support where necessary to help management.

Principal Backend Engineer

Product development on LAMP/MEAN Stack. It is a microservices based ecosystem on Silex and/or Symfony frameworks served on top of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ActiveMQ, AWS, Jenkins, Docker, Elastic, and more.

My responsibilities were

• Development/Maintenance of microservices/modules of a hail riding application Jeeny.
• Presenting ideas for product/integrations improvements.
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes.
• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live using test cases.
• Preparation of training manuals for users/managers such as user manuals and technical documentation on Confluence.
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running to ensure no down-time using tools like New Relics, Crashlytics, etc.
• Provide support where necessary to help management.

Senior Software Engineer

Product development on LAMP Stack. Mostly microservices based ecosystem on Laravel, Yii, and/or Symfony frameworks served on top of MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, AWS, Jenkins, Vagrant, Ansible, Docker, and more.

My responsibilities were

• Development of microservices/modules out of old/legacy monolithic review collection application.
• Presenting ideas for product/integrations improvements.
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes.
• Preparation of training manuals for users/managers such as user manuals and technical documentation.
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running to ensure minimal down-time using tools like StatusCake, Grafana, etc.
• Provide support where necessary to help management on Zendesk.

Senior Software Engineer

Full Stack Web application development. Mostly in-house projects based on MEAN and LAMP stack. Team automated all in-house processes to have a paperless ecosystem.

My responsibilities were

• Reviewing current system infrastructure and implementations.
• Identify flaws and new ideas for system improvements.
• Produce detailed specifications and writing the program codes.
• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
• Preparation of training manuals for users/managers.
• Maintain the infrastructure to ensure minimal down-time on Microsoft based in-house infrastructure.

Software Engineer

Development in procedural/object-oriented programming in PHP with MySQL, jQuery, CodeIgniter, WordPress, Joomla, and Magento.

The company business model was Rapid Application Development and most of the projects were related to theme customizations to plugin development.

I had delivered more than 2 dozen projects using both procedural as well as Object-Oriented approaches either in PHP with MySQL or in CodeIgniter.
